Safety and Access
From the beach, you’ll see boats and yachts anchored far offshore surrounding the Island of Flowers and Sveti Marko Island. White and red buoys indicate safe swimming zones, supervised by a lifeguard. Consider packing water shoes besides flip-flops for smoothly entering the sea.
Belane Beach is easily accessible by foot from Tivat’s town center (It sits right next to the small Kalimanj Marina) or by car via the main E-65 Adriatic Highway that runs from Herceg Novi to Ulcinj. Public transport buses stop at the Tivat Bus Station, and it’s a 15-minute walk from there. There is also a jetty and the adjacent marina where you can moor your boat for the day.
