Exploring the charming Bay of Kotor on two wheels is a fun and environmentally friendly activity for the whole family. It is probably the best mode of transport in the summer when public roads are often clogged due to increased tourist traffic.

Kotor is not too far away from other bay settlements such as Perast, Risan, or Tivat, and cycling there is always a healthy and exciting mood booster. You can then hire a bike by scanning a QR code from one of the three stations (Old Town, Dobrota, and Prcanj), and once you are done riding, return the bike. The public Ebike Share Kotor operates the program and, as the name suggests, you can rent an electric city bike from them, for a small fee.

If you prefer renting a cruiser, mountain bike, or kids bike instead, you need to go with one of the private companies. Shops like Bajkovic Bike Rental offer well-maintained bikes and equipment, along with suggested routes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced riders.
