Kotor Budva by Bus

The charming coastal towns of Budva and Kotor are two of the most-visited destinations in Montenegro. You can easily get to Budva by catching a bus from Kotor’s Main Bus Station. The buses depart every 30 to 45 minutes and cost around 3.50€ each way, with the bus ride taking approximately 45 minutes.

The distance between the bus stations in Kotor and Budva is exactly 22 kilometers (13.6 miles). Journeys on average take 40 to 50 minutes by bus but can take significantly longer during the peak summer season in July and August.

Prices

The price for a single bus ticket is between 3€ – 4€, depending on the bus operator. You can buy your ticket directly at the bus station or last minute at the driver’s with cash. You can also buy your ticket online and pay with a debit or credit card.
