ToggleWhen you think of a beach that is renowned for wild foam parties, children are probably not what you would associate it with in the first place. However, Ploce Beach is different. Despite attracting a cocktail-drinking beach party crowd who come here to enjoy the throbbing beats and exultant mood, it is surprisingly child-friendly.
How do they make it work? The beach area, which is made up of terraced concrete decks and four outdoor swimming pools – including a shallow one for kids – provides plenty of space for beachgoers to spread out without interfering with each other too much. Those who like it calmer, can retreat to the outer edges while everyone else can choose a place closer to the action.

Ploce Beach does not sit in a cove but on a stretch of wild, rocky coastline – adjacent to Trsteno Beach and Jaz Beach, just 10 kilometers north of Budva. It offers visitors exceptionally clean, crystal-clear waters and perfect snorkeling conditions along the surrounding, low-hanging cliffs. The water is deep though with occasional wind-driven waves.
