Despite his relatively young age, Nikola produces stunningly sharp cuisine, showcasing ingredients from Herceg Novi and its lush hinterlands. Each plate is thoroughly personalised and apart from being a feast for the eyes also exceedingly pleasing for the palate.

The service here is efficient, friendly, and attentive while the marvelous cuisine includes highly endorsed specialties such as lamb shanks with red wine sauce, salmon bass on fluffy coconut rice, and grilled octopus with black cauliflower puree. The desserts and ice cream are not to be ignored either.

Like Shakshuka? Topped with poached eggs and flavored with coriander, cumin, and turmeric, Nikola’s take on this Arabic breakfast dish will surely impress.
