The weather in Kotor is understandably a strong attraction for many visitors with short and generally mild winters and long and hot summers. But the weather conditions can fluctuate during the winter, when the winds are strong, it rains a lot, and the sun goes down early, given the Vrmac Ridge blocking off the sun.
