about our Pricing, Payment and Services

We accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), wire transfer and offline payment. Please contact our support in that case via [email protected].

Our prices are transparent and include all fees except the school diploma validation fees. These depend on the type of diploma and range in between 150,00 – 300,00 Euros and will be invoiced separately.

There is no contract – just pay as you go, month-to-month. You can cancel at any time without penalty.

The only exception is if you have bought the discounted yearly accounting package which is basically a yearly contract that voids once the year is over.

Yes. If you pay quarterly in advance, you will receive a 5% discount.

The whole process consists of 3 steps: company formation, applying for your residency and bank account opening. You can establish your company from abroad via power of attorney, but need to be in Montenegro to apply for your residence permit and open your bank account. Your residency application on average takes two weeks to be processed. You do not need to be there during this time period. Once your residence permit is ready, you should be in Montenegro to pick it up and subsequently open your bank accounts.

If you have purchased our Starter or Complete package, you do not need to. The proof of accomodation is already included in the offer.

You need to have a valid residence permit in order to open a bank account in Montenegro. You can sign a lease without having residency in Montenegro.

As a company director there is currently no minimum stay requirement. Officially it is only 30 days for everyone that holds a temporary residence card, but the immigration police has clearly stated that this is not applicable for company directors and their family, only for regular employees.

Besides the above-mentioned Startup costs, when operating a company in Montenegro, you are looking at the following monthly running costs:
 
1) Monthly salary to the company director
 
The minimum net wage is 450,00 Euros working 40h a week, there is a possibility to work 10h per week and thus paying 112,50 Euros per month to the company director. On top of that you need to budget 114,00 Euros (28,50 Euros) in the form of social contributions and health care. 
 
2) Bookkeeping and Accounting fees
 
We offer bookkeeping and accounting services that cover payroll accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing and financial returns with prices starting from 73,50 Euros per month.
